LabSix Inc. ("Company," "we," "us") provides access to the virtual reality multiplayer game O2 The Forest ("Game"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using O2 The Forest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).

Meta Policies: You also agree to comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy while using their devices.

2. Children’s Privacy & Age Restrictions

O2 The Forest contains intense horror elements, jump scares, and social interactions that may not be suitable for children.

Age Requirement: This Game is not designed for children under the age of 13.

Parental Supervision (10-12): If a user is between the ages of 10–12 (or the equivalent age in your region), they must use a parent-managed Meta account, and the parent or guardian must approve the app download.

Ban Policy: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Accounts found to be used by unsupervised children under 13 will be banned.

3. Account & Security

A valid Meta account is required to play. LabSix is not responsible for Meta account-related issues.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Account sharing, selling, or trading is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct & Proximity Chat Rules

To ensure a safe "Co-op Survival" experience, strict adherence to the following rules is required. O2 The Forest utilizes Proximity Chat; therefore, verbal harassment is treated with high severity.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Toxic Behavior & Voice Abuse: Harassment, hate speech, excessive screaming, or bullying via Proximity Chat.

Griefing & Sabotage: Intentionally destroying other players' bases, blocking paths, or disrupting the cooperative gameplay loop ("trolling").

Inappropriate Building: Constructing structures that depict offensive symbols, hate speech, or sexually explicit content using the in-game building system.

Cheating & Exploits: Using hacks, unauthorized mods, or exploiting glitches (e.g., wall-glitching) to gain unfair advantages.

Impersonation: Pretending to be a LabSix developer or moderator.

Violations may result in temporary suspensions or permanent bans.

5. Health & Safety (Physical Action Warning)

O2 The Forest involves vigorous physical activity (e.g., swinging arms for gathering/combat, Arm-Based Locomotion).

Safe Zone Responsibility: You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining a safe play area (clearing furniture, pets, and people). LabSix is NOT liable for personal injury or property damage (e.g., broken controllers, damaged walls, physical injury) caused by your movements during gameplay.

Motion Sickness: The arm-based movement system may cause motion sickness. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or nauseous.

Health Warning: Consult a doctor before playing if you have a heart condition, anxiety, or are pregnant, due to intense horror scenes.

6. Virtual Economy & Purchases

Virtual Currency: The Game may offer virtual currency (e.g., Diamonds) or items (e.g., Skins). These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Refunds: All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to Meta’s official refund policy.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Ownership

Ownership: While you create bases or structures within the game, LabSix Inc. retains ownership of all data, layout, and blueprints generated within O2 The Forest.

Prohibited Builds: You may NOT construct structures that represent hate symbols, racist imagery, or sexually explicit shapes.

Right to Remove: LabSix reserves the right to delete (wipe) any player base without prior notice or compensation if it violates these rules or impacts server performance (e.g., lag machines).

8. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect minimal data to operate the game

Gameplay Data: Progression, inventory, base coordinates, and crash logs.

Voice Moderation: We reserve the right to process voice chat data for moderation purposes to enforce our Code of Conduct against toxicity.

Data Rights: We comply with GDPR & CCPA. Contact support@labsix.com for data deletion requests.

9. Updates & Amendments

LabSix reserves the right to update the Game (nerfs, buffs, map changes) and these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our official Discord or Website.
